12 fields enriched
Prospector pulls the attendees, exhibitors and speakers from event apps and websites and fills in every profile. Your team gets the list in time to book meetings before the doors open.
Send the event, get enriched sample profiles back, then decide.
The problem
How it works
No software to learn and no seats to buy. You name the event, and a finished list comes back.
Step 1
Share the event website or tell me which event app it runs on.
Step 2
Attendees, exhibitors and speakers are pulled into one list.
Step 3
Titles, company details, LinkedIn and work emails are added and checked.
Step 4
You get a clean file ready for HubSpot, Salesforce or any CRM.
Sample list
Real format, fictional people. One row per person, ready to import.
| Name | Title | Company | Industry | Company size | Work email | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| Hannah Lindqvist | Chief Revenue Officer | Corvane Systems | SaaS | 501–1,000 | ||

What you get
Pick the people you want on the list. Each one arrives with the context your team needs to start a real conversation.
The buyers walking the floor. Book meetings with them before the event starts.
Who has a booth, including your competitors. Plan around them and spot partners.
The people the room listens to. Reach them before their session fills their calendar.
Book qualified meetings in advance instead of hoping the right people walk past your booth.
Know each person’s role, company and context, so every message reads like you did the homework.
Your team spends the run-up to the event selling, not scrolling through LinkedIn.
Plan booth strategy, messaging and account coverage around who else is in the room.
Import it the same day. No cleanup, and no leads lost between the event and your pipeline.
Spot buyers who turn up at several shows and follow up with the full history.
Use cases
Whether you run the floor, the pipeline or the partner program, the same list does different work for each team.
Walk in knowing which accounts are in the room, and point your team at the ones that matter.
Give your SDRs a pre-event sequence to run, with real names instead of guesses.
Find partners, resellers and integration targets among the exhibitors and speakers before the show.
Book time with the buying committee ahead of the event and arrive with context.

FAQ
Most events that publish attendees, exhibitors or speakers on their website or inside an event app. Send the event and I’ll confirm what’s available before any work starts.
Name, job title, company, company size, industry and LinkedIn profile, plus a work email where one can be found. If you need other fields, list them in your request.
As early as you can. Lists grow as registration fills up, and sending the event early leaves your team more time for outreach before the doors open.
A clean CSV or Excel file with one row per person, laid out to import straight into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any other CRM.
Event apps show thin profiles you can’t filter or export, and they cap how many people you can contact. Bought lead lists aren’t tied to who is actually attending. Prospector gives you the real list for your event, enriched and ready to use.
Yes. If you attend several events a year, the lists can be merged so you can see which buyers appear at more than one show and follow up with that context.
Yes. Send the event and you’ll get a sample of enriched profiles back, so you can judge the data before deciding.

Reviews
What they said after their lists arrived.
“I’ve run multiple projects with Prospector and they always over-deliver. We pull attendee data from [event apps] on a regular basis now, and we’ve built a process that just works. Highly recommend.”

“Great job. Before starting, Ilyas went through exactly which [event platform] he’d pull from and what fields I’d get, then kept checking that the list matched what I needed. It was done very quickly. He also added [company details] I hadn’t asked for, and those ended up being the most useful part of the file.”

“I can’t say enough about Prospector’s work. I needed lead data from [an event app] that no one else had been able to extract, and they solved it with real expertise. They understood the problem fast and kept going until it worked. That’s what sets them apart.”

“Prospector delivered the [attendee list] I asked for, plus extra [contact data] beyond the agreed scope. Communication was excellent. Next time I need event leads, I know where to go.”

“A true professional and a pleasure to work with. Prospector built [an automation that pulls new registrants into our CRM], something no one else had figured out. Fast, careful, and they still over-delivered. 5/5, highly recommend.”
