Venue and timing
The show is held every two years, in odd years, at its purpose-built site at Dubai World Central in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport. Shuttles run from the city. The 2025 edition ran 17–21 November; the next is in November 2027.
Who attends
| Attendee | What they’re there for | Who should target them |

| Defence ministries and military delegations | Platforms and systems | Defence primes and suppliers |
| OEMs and tier-1/2 suppliers | Supply chain partners | Component makers, engineering firms |
| MRO providers and lessors | Contracts and partnerships | Airlines, parts suppliers |

Badges
Trade visitor badges are paid, with prices announced closer to each edition on dubaiairshow.aero. The show is for industry professionals. A separate Skyview area lets people watch the flying displays; children under 16 are only allowed there, accompanied.
Registration and data
Registration, exhibitor lists and conference agendas are on dubaiairshow.aero, organised by Informa / Tarsus F&E. Check the site for an app closer to the show. The exhibitor list tells you who has a stand, but not who from those companies is attending, or which airline and delegation members are coming. That’s the list that fills a meeting calendar.

Turn Dubai Airshow into booked meetings
Event apps are built for browsing, not for sales teams. They cap connections, hide data behind logins and rarely let you export anything. I pull attendee, exhibitor and speaker data from the app and the event website, enrich every profile and hand you a clean file before the doors open, so your reps can book meetings in advance and follow up properly afterwards.
