Why Knowledge matters for sales teams
Knowledge attracts CIOs, ITSM leaders, platform owners and the developers who run ServiceNow inside large organisations. Many of them are planning expansions of their platform, which is exactly the moment partners and ISVs want to be in the conversation.
The most valuable attendees are platform owners and IT leaders at enterprise customers. Knowing which companies are sending them, and how many people they bring, helps partners prioritise accounts and plan meetings.
Is Knowledge right for your team?
Best for: vendors with a defined segment in enterprise IT who are ready to filter the attendee base by role and company size.
Less ideal for: teams expecting qualified leads to come to them. At Knowledge, the useful meetings are almost always arranged before the show opens.
Passes and pricing
| Option | Price / details |

Prices change between editions and by registration date, so treat these as a guide and check servicenow.com/knowledge before you buy.
Does Knowledge have an app?
ServiceNow provides a Knowledge event app for agenda and sessions.
The official app is good for finding a booth or a session. It is much less useful for prospecting: data is thin, you can’t export it, and messaging limits stop you from reaching more than a handful of people a day.
Is Knowledge worth it?
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Enterprise buyers with ServiceNow budgets | ServiceNow-centric |
| Partner co-selling | Las Vegas costs |
| Group discounts | Large crowds |
How to prospect at Knowledge
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| 2 months out | Decide who you want to meet: target roles, industries, company size. Then get the list of who is actually registered. |
| 1 month out | Run a short outreach sequence (three to four touches) that leads with the event and a clear meeting ask. |
| Final week | Send reminders, share your booth number or meeting spot, and prepare one-page briefs on your top accounts. |
| After the event | Send personalised follow-ups within 72 hours and tag every lead with the event name in your CRM. |
Large ServiceNow customers often send whole teams. Map out the platform owner, the ITSM lead and the executive sponsor at each target account before you reach out.
Pre-booked meetings beat booth traffic. If you want a clean, segmented Knowledge list to work from, reach out on Prospector and tell me who you want to meet.
