AAHAR 2027 New Delhi: Food and Hospitality Fair Guide
By Ilyas Kerbal,

AAHAR, The International Food & Hospitality Fair, is India’s largest food, beverage and hospitality exhibition. It’s organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. The 40th edition in 2026 covered about 115,000 m² with more than 1,800 exhibitors (155 international) from 17 countries, 150,000+ visitors and 2,800+ B2B meetings. AAHAR 2027 runs from 2 to 6 March. For F&B and hospitality suppliers targeting India, the AAHAR attendee list is the obvious starting point.

Registration
Business visitors register online or on site. In 2026, general visitors were admitted for the first time on the last two days. Fees aren’t published in coverage, so check the official site.
The AAHAR app
The official AAHAR mobile app, with 20,000+ downloads in 2026, provides exhibitor search, floor plans and B2B meeting scheduling. With public days now part of the show, the trade audience is concentrated in the first three days. Knowing which hotel groups, distributors and manufacturers are attending, and booking them for those days, is the way to use AAHAR well.

Need AAHAR leads ready for your CRM?
Event apps are built for browsing, not for sales teams. They cap connections, hide data behind logins and rarely let you export anything. I pull attendee, exhibitor and speaker data from the app and the event website, enrich every profile and hand you a clean file before the doors open, so your reps can book meetings in advance and follow up properly afterwards.
