Cityscape Global positions itself as the world’s largest real estate event. It brings Saudi giga-projects such as NEOM, ROSHN, Diriyah and Red Sea Global together with national housing programmes, international developers, investors, proptech firms and financiers. Multi-billion-riyal deals and launches are announced every year. The 2026 edition runs from 16 to 19 November in Riyadh. What is Cityscape Global?
It’s organised by Tahaluf (an Informa joint venture) under the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. It works on two levels at once: a B2B investment forum and a consumer property fair where Saudi buyers meet developers and mortgage providers. Topics include:
- Residential, commercial and mixed-use development
- Giga-projects and master-planned communities

- PropTech and smart buildings
- Architecture, design and construction

Venue, dates and hours
Cityscape Global is held at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre (RECC) in Malham, north of Riyadh. The closest airport is King Khalid International. The 2026 show runs 16–19 November, from 12:00 to 22:00. The long hours help, but the venue is remote, so allow time for traffic. Cityscape Dubai is a separate event in the same family.
