CMEF Autumn 2026 Beijing: Medtech Fair Guide and Leads

CMEF Autumn is the second annual edition of the China International Medical Equipment Fair. It covers the same medtech marketplace as the spring show in Shanghai, but moves to a different Chinese city each year to reach regional hospital buyers and distributors. The 2026 edition is listed for 21 to 24 October in Beijing. What is CMEF Autumn?
Like the spring edition, it’s organised by Reed Sinopharm and covers:
- Medical imaging
- In-vitro diagnostics and laboratory equipment
- Hospital equipment and supplies
- Smart healthcare and digital health
- Rehabilitation and elderly care
- Medical components and manufacturing, through the ICMD show
It usually brings a few thousand exhibitors and well over 100,000 visits, along with forums.

Entry is free for trade visitors who pre-register via the CMEF WeChat account or the iCMEF mini program. Your ID or passport is scanned at entry. Trade visitors only.
iCMEF
The autumn show uses the same iCMEF platform and CMEF WeChat account as the spring edition, for registration, exhibitor search and e-tickets. Handy inside WeChat, less handy if you need a sorted list of regional distributors and hospital buyers with contact details in your CRM.
