ESC Congress 2027 Milan: Cardiology Congress Guide & List

ESC Congress is the world’s largest cardiology congress. It rotates between European cities every late August: Munich hosted from 28 to 31 August 2026, and the 2027 edition runs from 27 to 30 August 2027 at Fiera Milano Rho. More than 30,000 participants attend (estimate).

New ESC clinical guidelines and landmark “Hot Line” trials are presented here, which makes the congress a major event for cardiovascular pharma, medtech (cardiac devices, imaging, diagnostics) and digital health.
