FHC (Food & Hospitality China) is one of China’s most international food shows. Organised by Sinoexpo Informa Markets, the 2026 edition covered 200,000 m² with more than 3,000 exhibitors (500 from overseas) in 50+ international pavilions and over 180,000 professional buyers, with the EU as Region of Honour showcasing 220+ GI and organic specialities. FHC 2026 runs from 10 to 12 November at SNIEC. For food and drink exporters targeting China, the FHC attendee list is a must-have.

Registration

There’s a free pass for trade visitors who pre-register online at fhcchina.com. A Hosted Buyer Programme is available; contact the organiser.

Matchmaking and data

Registration and hosted buyer matchmaking run through fhcchina.com. Exporters face two challenges at FHC: Chinese import rules (GACC registration and labelling) and a visitor base with many small distributors. Knowing which importers and buyers have the scale and category fit for you, and contacting them before November, makes the show far more productive.

Turn FHC Shanghai into booked meetings

A good list turns a FHC Shanghai trip from “let’s see who walks by” into a calendar of booked meetings. I build those lists for sales and business development teams: who is exhibiting, who is visiting, their roles, their companies and how to reach them, formatted for your CRM.
