Global Sources Consumer Electronics Hong Kong: October Guide
By Ilyas Kerbal,

Global Sources Consumer Electronics is one of the largest electronics sourcing exhibitions in the world. The October 2026 Hong Kong shows feature more than 4,200 Asia-based suppliers across 8,000+ booths and over 330,000 new products, and buyer pre-registration was up 25% year on year. It runs alongside HKTDC’s Electronics Fair, which makes Hong Kong the world’s electronics sourcing capital every April and October. If you sell to electronics importers or to the suppliers themselves, the Global Sources attendee list is a big opportunity.

Registration
The show is free for pre-registered professional buyers at globalsources.com. It’s trade-only.
The Global Sources platform
The Global Sources B2B platform and app let buyers find suppliers, request quotes and schedule meetings before and after the shows. That covers the buyer side well. For exhibitors and service providers who want to reach the buyers, or for buyers who want a vetted shortlist from 4,000+ similar factories, an enriched list built for your criteria saves a lot of time.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| A huge, export-ready supplier base | Many similar factories; vetting needed |
| Free for buyers | Two phases need two trips or a long stay |
| Strong online platform | AsiaWorld-Expo is far from the city |
| Coincides with HKTDC fairs and the Canton Fair | IP and quality risks |
| Venue next to the airport | Price-driven negotiations |
The app won’t let you export. I can help. If you need Global Sources Electronics participant data in a spreadsheet instead of a locked app, tell me which segments you care about and I’ll build the file. Get the Global Sources Electronics data
