Japan IT Week Spring 2027: Tokyo IT Show Guide and Leads

Japan IT Week, organised by RX Japan, is the country’s largest IT exhibition. The spring edition plans around 1,200 exhibitors and 60,000 visitors, most of them Japanese corporate IT, DX and procurement decision-makers. RX Japan’s format emphasises on-the-spot business negotiations at booths. Japan IT Week Spring 2027 runs from 7 to 9 April 2027. For SaaS vendors, offshore development firms and IT service providers entering Japan, the Japan IT Week attendee list is one of the most targeted available.

Venue and editions

The spring show is always at Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake. The 2026 edition ran 8–10 April, and 2027 runs 7–9 April. RX Japan also runs Japan IT Week Autumn (Makuhari Messe) and Osaka/Kansai editions.

Entry is free with visitor registration; online pre-registration opens about two months before the show. Conference sessions need registration, and some are paid.
