Maison&Objet Paris is the leading home décor, design and lifestyle trade fair. It runs twice a year at Paris Nord Villepinte, and the next edition takes place from 14 to 18 January 2027 (Thursday to Monday), with a September edition to follow. Each edition draws around 70,000 visitors and 2,500 brands (estimate).

It is a curated, design-forward show. Its buyers are concept stores, department stores, interior designers and hospitality groups, the kind of accounts that are hard to reach by cold outreach and easier to meet with context.

Badges

Professional badge prices vary by registration date (around €50–80, estimate). Children pay full price (€80). School passes cost €15 before the show and €20 during it.

The app and MOM platform

The Maison&Objet app (iOS and Android) and MOM, the Maison&Objet and More digital platform, give year-round access to brands and products. MOM connects buyers with brands between shows. For exhibitors and suppliers it still lacks a structured, exportable view of buyers and their decision-makers.

How to prospect Maison&Objet

  1. Choose buyer types: independents, department stores, e-commerce or hospitality.
  2. List concept stores and department stores in your target cities.
  3. Find buyers and founders (many concept stores are owner-run).
  4. Target interior designers working on hospitality or residential projects.
  5. Use both editions. January and September let you follow up and close.

Pros and cons

Pros Cons
Highly curated, design-forward audience Smaller than pre-2020 peak
Two editions a year Villepinte is far from central Paris
