ProPak China is China’s leading processing and packaging exhibition, organised by Sinoexpo Informa Markets. The 31st edition in June 2026 covered 200,000 m² with more than 2,500 exhibitors and over 120,000 expected professional buyers, as part of a five-in-one event. ProPak China is held every June at the NECC in Hongqiao, Shanghai. The 31st edition ran 15–17 June 2026. June is hot, and several other shows run in Shanghai at the same time.

Trade visitors pre-register online; free pre-registration is standard for Sinoexpo Informa Markets shows, but check propakchina.com. A Hosted Buyer Programme is available for qualifying international buyers.

Registration and business matching run through propakchina.com, which held 498 matching sessions in 2025. Matching favours buyers looking for Chinese suppliers. If you’re selling to Chinese manufacturers (premium machinery, materials, ingredients or software), you need the visitor side mapped out in advance.
