WHX Dubai 2027 (Arab Health): Guide and Attendee List
By Ilyas Kerbal,

WHX Dubai (World Health Expo) is the rebranded Arab Health and the largest healthcare exhibition in the Middle East. Organised by Informa Markets, the 2026 edition expected more than 235,000 professional visitors and around 4,300 exhibitors, with the co-timed WHX Labs (formerly Medlab Middle East) pushing combined attendance above 270,000. The 2027 edition runs 25–28 January 2027. For medtech companies building distribution in the Gulf, Africa and South Asia, the WHX attendee list is one of the most valuable in the region.

Ticket tiers
There are no complimentary tickets from 2026. Passes are tiered:
| Tier | What’s included |
|---|---|
| Standard | Exhibition access across both venues and core app features |
| Advantage | Standard plus early access, priority entry, selected stages, networking and WHX Tech |
| Platinum | Advantage plus all CME-accredited conferences, premium networking and the Platinum Lounge |
The event is 16+ only, and prices appear at registration on worldhealthexpo.com.
The WHX Events App
The WHX Events App provides the floor plan, exhibitor search, meeting scheduling and networking, with core features in every ticket. It’s a good tool for the week itself. To plan distributor meetings across two venues in advance, many teams want the exhibitor and attendee data outside the app, filtered by country and specialty and loaded into their CRM.

Turn WHX Dubai into booked meetings
A good list turns a WHX Dubai trip from “let’s see who walks by” into a calendar of booked meetings. I build those lists for sales and business development teams: who is exhibiting, who is visiting, their roles, their companies and how to reach them, formatted for your CRM.
