Arabian Travel Market 2027 Dubai: ATM Guide and Buyer Leads
By Ilyas Kerbal,

Arabian Travel Market (ATM) is the leading travel and tourism trade show in the Middle East. Organised by RX Global, which also runs WTM London, the 2025 edition drew more than 55,000 travel professionals from 166 countries and 2,800 exhibitors. National tourism boards from Saudi Arabia, the UAE emirates, Egypt and Asia, plus airlines, hotel groups, cruise lines and travel tech firms, meet tour operators, travel agents and corporate travel buyers. After a disrupted 2026, ATM returns to May in 2027. For travel businesses, the ATM attendee list is a high-value B2B list for the Gulf.

Registration
Trade visitors register online via wtm.com/atm, with pass pricing shown at registration. Media passes have a separate application.
Hosted buyers and appointments
Registration, exhibitor search and the hosted buyer and meeting programme run through wtm.com/atm. Appointment schedules at ATM are very busy, and destination booths can be showcase-heavy. If you sell to hotels, airlines or tour operators, getting into their calendars weeks ahead is essential, and that starts with knowing who’s attending.

Turn Arabian Travel Market into booked meetings
Event apps are built for browsing, not for sales teams. They cap connections, hide data behind logins and rarely let you export anything. I pull attendee, exhibitor and speaker data from the app and the event website, enrich every profile and hand you a clean file before the doors open, so your reps can book meetings in advance and follow up properly afterwards.
