EXPO REAL is Europe’s largest B2B trade fair for property and investment. Around 40,000 participants and 2,000 exhibitors from about 35 countries gather at Messe München every October (estimate). The 2026 edition runs from 5 to 7 October, and the next one is in October 2027.
It is a deal-making event. Most exhibitors are cities, regions and property firms with meeting lounges. For proptech companies and real-estate service providers, it is the key place for German and European commercial-real-estate networking.
