MIPIM is the world’s leading real-estate market event. Every March around 20,000 participants from about 90 countries, including thousands of investors, gather at the Palais des Festivals and on yachts along the Croisette in Cannes (estimate). MIPIM 2027 runs from 16 to 19 March 2027.
It is pure deal-making: investors, developers, cities, financiers and advisors source deals and partnerships across office, residential, logistics, hospitality and data-centre assets.
