ISE 2027 Barcelona: Pro AV Show Guide & Attendee List
By Ilyas Kerbal,
ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is the world’s largest exhibition for professional audio-visual and systems integration. The 2026 edition broke records with 92,170 unique visitors, around 212,000 visits and more than 1,500 exhibitors. On day two alone, 64,000 people came through the doors. ISE 2027 takes place at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona in February 2027, usually the first week, Tuesday to Friday.
For AV manufacturers, distributors and integrators, ISE is the key event of the year. The show floor is noisy and crowded, so a list of who to meet matters more than ever.

Registration
Show-floor registration is free if you register before the online deadline. Late or on-site registration costs a fee (around €100–150, estimate). Conferences and summits, such as the Smart Building and Digital Signage summits, are paid.
The ISE app
The ISE app includes the exhibitor list, interactive floor plan, session agenda and meeting tools. Good for visitors. For exhibitors, it offers limited reach to integrators who have not chosen to connect, and nothing you can export into a CRM.
How to prospect ISE
- Map integrators by country and size. They are the decision-makers for most AV purchases.
- List AV and IT consultants who specify large corporate and education projects.
- Target end-user verticals (corporate, retail, hospitality, education) if you sell direct.
- Avoid peak hours for important meetings. Mid-week is very crowded.
- Stand out with relevance. With so many vendors, generic outreach gets ignored.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Biggest global AV show and still growing | Very crowded mid-week |
| Free registration for most visitors | Barcelona hotel prices spike |
| Strong integrator channel presence | Hard for small vendors to stand out |
