ISH 2027 Frankfurt: HVAC Fair Guide & Attendee List

ISH is the world’s leading trade fair for HVAC, water, energy and bathroom technology. It runs every two years at Messe Frankfurt, and the next edition takes place from 15 to 19 March 2027. Past editions drew about 160,000 visitors and 2,200 exhibitors.
With heating moving to heat pumps and renewables, ISH has become the key event of the building energy transition. That makes it a busy week for anyone selling to installers, wholesalers or building-services engineers.

What ISH covers
ISH is the global show for building services. Viessmann, Bosch, Vaillant, Daikin, Grohe, Geberit and many others present their new ranges here. Main areas include:

Recent editions were dominated by heat pumps, renewable heating, hydrogen readiness, water efficiency and digital building management.

ISH is always held at Messe Frankfurt in odd years. Messe Frankfurt also runs ISH-branded shows elsewhere, such as ISH China & CIHE. Frankfurt hotel prices surge during fair weeks.

Tickets
ISH 2027 is open to trade visitors only from 15 to 18 March 2027. Prices are not published yet. Past day tickets were about €40–50 online and higher at the gate (estimate). No cash sales or sample hand-outs are allowed on stands.
The ISH app
Messe Frankfurt provides an ISH app and online exhibitor search with hall plans and the programme. The tools are fine for finding stands. They do not show which wholesale groups, installers or planning offices are attending, and they offer no way to export exhibitor contacts.
How to prospect ISH
- Separate the halls: heating and energy, air conditioning and ventilation, water and bathroom.
- Map wholesalers by country. They are the gatekeepers to installers in most European markets.
- List planning and engineering offices working on large retrofit projects.
- Target housing companies if you sell retrofit or energy-management solutions.
- Put everything into your CRM with a segment tag, so follow-up speaks to each audience’s priorities.
