Light + Building is the world’s leading trade fair for lighting and building-services technology. It runs every two years at Messe Frankfurt. The 2026 edition counted 144,767 visitors from 143 countries and 1,927 exhibitors from 49 countries. The next one runs from 5 to 10 March 2028.
The show sits where two worlds meet: architectural lighting design and electrical engineering. That combination makes it one of the best places to reach both the people who specify and the people who install.

Prices for 2028 are not published yet. Past day tickets were about €40–50 online (estimate), and exhibitor vouchers are common.
The app and online search
Messe Frankfurt provides an app and online platform with exhibitor and product search, hall plans and the conference programme. It works for planning a visit. It does not show you who from a planning office or wholesaler is coming, and there is no export for sales use.
