transport logistic is the world’s leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply-chain management. It runs in odd years at Messe München, and the 2027 edition takes place in spring 2027 (May or June; check transportlogistic.de for exact dates). In 2025 it welcomed around 77,000 visitors and 2,700 exhibitors from about 70 countries (estimate).
For logistics-tech vendors, carriers and service providers, it is the most complete logistics show in Europe and one of the best places to meet shippers.

The transport logistic app
Messe München provides a transport logistic app and online exhibitor search. It lists the forwarders and carriers that exhibit. The shippers you want to sell to mostly visit rather than exhibit, so they do not appear at all.
How to prospect transport logistic
- Separate exhibitors into carriers, forwarders, ports, intralogistics and IT.
- Build a shipper list. Industrial and retail supply-chain managers are the buyers, and they need to be researched.
- Use air cargo Europe if you sell air-freight services or tech.
