HOST Milano is the world’s leading show for hospitality, foodservice equipment and the out-of-home industry. It takes place every two years at Fiera Milano in Rho, and the next edition runs from 22 to 26 October 2027. The 2025 edition brought together 2,050 exhibitors from 52 countries, 44% of them international, and more than 150,000 visitors.

What HOST Milano covers
HOST is the main international event for the hospitality and foodservice supply chain:
- Professional catering and foodservice equipment
- Coffee, tea, coffee machines and roasting (one of the biggest coffee-industry gatherings in the world)

Many exhibitors are Italian manufacturers who use HOST to launch new lines and meet distributors. Live demos, coffee championships and pastry competitions keep the halls busy.
Where it takes place
HOST is held at Fiera Milano in Rho, reached on metro line M1 (“Rho Fieramilano”). It does not move. Milan hotels are expensive during fair weeks, so book early.

Tickets
HOST is trade only. Online tickets have been around €40–60 in past editions (estimate) and rise closer to the event. Hosted buyers receive invitations and organised meetings.
