IMEX Frankfurt is the leading show for the global meetings, incentives and events industry. The 2026 edition had 13,515 participants, including 4,739 buyers from 94 countries (3,731 of them hosted), 2,900 exhibiting companies and 73,000 meetings, up 8% year on year. IMEX Frankfurt 2027 runs from 11 to 13 May 2027 at Messe Frankfurt.

IMEX connects corporate, agency and association planners with destinations, hotels, venues, DMCs and event-technology companies. Hosted buyers get travel covered in exchange for pre-scheduled appointments.
