ITB Berlin 2027: Travel Trade Show Guide & Attendee List

ITB Berlin is the world’s leading travel-trade show. Around 5,800 exhibitors from roughly 170 countries and about 100,000 trade visitors meet at Messe Berlin each March (recent-edition estimates). The 2027 edition runs from 16 to 18 March 2027, 10:00–18:00.
Since 2024, ITB has been a three-day, trade-only event with no public days. That makes it denser and more business-focused than before, and the schedule tighter.

Tickets
Trade-visitor tickets for 2027 go on sale in December 2026. Past pricing was around €70 per day or €120 for all three days, cheaper online (estimate). Only trade visitors are admitted.
ITB app, Meeting Tables and Buyers Circle
The ITB app plus Meeting Tables and the ITB Buyers Circle (for qualified buyers) support appointment booking and networking. They help qualified buyers and exhibitors connect. For travel-tech vendors who want to reach hotel and airline commercial teams, there is still no export and little visibility on who is coming.
How to prospect ITB Berlin
- Pick your buyer type: tour operators, hotel groups, airlines or destinations.
- Map destination pavilions. Each one hosts many companies, which are hard to spot on the floor.
- List commercial, distribution and e-commerce leads at hotel and airline groups.
- Book meetings across all three days and leave buffer time, because the halls are large.
- Follow up in the week after ITB, before WTM and other shows pull attention.
